Troubleshoot Steps
The most common solution for an EverLights system that’s acting up is to power cycle the entire system. The video to the right shows how to power cycle the bridge.
We don’t currently have a video showing how to power cycle the power supply, but the process is very simple. The power supply (image below) is typically plugged into an outlet either outside or in the garage. The best practice is to unplug it directly from the outlet and let it sit for one minute. After that, plug it back in.
Once it’s reconnected, you should see every third light turn blue. That indicates that the receiver has power and the system is being restored.
